 Base salary of $55K - $65K+ Superannuation + Commissions (OTE $80K++)

This role will see you responsible for managing a clean portfolio of around 150 properties using the Macpro system with Admin support. 
 
They are seeking a highly capable candidate who has at least 2 years experience who gains great enjoyment from interacting with clients and has brilliant trouble shooting & organisation skills. 
 
As a Property Manager your role will include
  • Managing a portfolio of 150 properties
  • liaising with tenants/landlords
  • Sourcing new business opportunities
  • Arranging and conducting rental appraisals
  • Marketing of new business listings
  • Maintaining existing and developing relationships
  • Leasing properties
  • Attending VCAT when required
  • Organising repairs & maintenance
The successful candidate will be:
  • An experienced Property Manager who also enjoys business development
  • An outgoing & friendly person with a strong customer service focus
  • Able to work both in a team environment & autonomously
  • Have a passion for the industry and a good sense of humour
  • Have a flair for Business Development
The right candidate for this role will have strong experience in all aspects of property management & a flair for building the rent roll.
