A newly established Not For Profit organisation that focuses on providing affordable housing is looking for a Darwin based Property Manager. This exciting role will look at offering sustainable housing to suit members of the community.
Successful applicants will n eed experience within a managerial role and have substantial knowledge of the property industry. Applicants must provide a high level of communication skills and be confident in liaising with clients and customers.
Experience in building strong client relationships, set up new policies and procedures and work autonomously are essential. With your commercial acumen and high level administrative skills you will deliver a high quality, responsive and professional property and tenancy management service and this will involve "hands on" delivery for the first 12 months.
Knowledge of working in a NGO environment is highly desirable as well as qualifications in property. A current drivers licence is essential.
