Drill Fitter in Mining, Oil & Gas Jobs

An industry leading supplier of Drill Rigs to the Mining Industry in WA require 2 enthusiastic drill fitters to complete their growing workshop and field maintenance teams based in Kalgoorlie. Responsible for preventative maintenance, break down and servicing of Drill Rigs both in the workshop and on mine sites, you will be an essential member of a team dedicated to keeping mining production at its peak.


To be successful in applying for this role, you will need to have related trade certification, experience a range of any of the following drill rigs in a preventative and break down maintenance situation. Atlas Copco, Tamrock, SKS, Reedrill, Cubex or Drill Tech. Alternatively significant experience with Hydraulics and Electric over Hydraulics systems considered. You will need to be located in Kalgoorlie or be prepared to relocate.


Working a minimum 60 hours per week, on call duties and optional weekends this company is offering a minimum $41 per hour in the workshop and $51 per hour on site. Your experience will determine your base level of pay. If you plan to relocate to Kalgoorlie this OEM is offering an apartment or Hotel stay for up to 4 weeks while you find yourself a permanent living situation.
