Our client is a highly recognisable and respected aged care provider. Located in Melbourne's Bayside suburbs, this facility provides low care and high care services within a modern home.
As the Care Manager, you support the Facility Manager in overseeing the provision of clinical care and provide direct and leadership to the team. You will be well supported by two additional Care Managers ensuring a high level of care is maintained at all times.
With a background in aged care sector, you will be an experienced Clinical Care Coordinator looking to establish yourself on a strong career path. You will also meet the following criteria:
- Current Division 1 registration
- Exceptional Clinical skills
- Knowledge of ACFI and accreditation
- Ability to effectively manage and coordinate staff
- High level documentation skills
