Our client is a leading Australian law firm with 400+ partners, lawyers and staff across four offices. They offer a full suite of commercial law services and over the last decade the firm has successfully established fully integrated offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Brisbane. 
 
The Workplace Relations group has steadily grown, adding both new partners and new clients and as such is seeking to make a new appointment in their Adelaide offices.

This division has the resources and experience to deliver commercial advice on all aspects of employee relations including:
  
  • employment law; 
  • workplace relations; 
  • equal opportunity, discrimination and diversity; 
  • privacy; 
  • training; and 
  • occupational health and safety.
Due to continued growth and success, they are seeking an opportunity for committed and commercially savvy lawyer with: 
  • 4+ years experience across a broad range of ER/IR experience
  • excellent client management skills; 
  • sound knowledge of employment tribunal procedure; 
  • strong drafting and negotiation skills; 
  • a team focus; 
  • ambition.
