We currently have an immediate need for an experienced Recruitment Coordinator for join the head office of a global professional services organisation. The Resourcing function, facing an exciting and demanding period as the organisation enters a period of aggressive growth. Reporting to the Head of Recruitment you will provide support to the recruitment team focusing on preparation of employee contracts and supporting documentation. You will manage the pre-employment process together with ad hoc resource administrative tasks to support the busy operation.

The successful candidate will work from a Sydney CBD office, and support all global recruitment activity, liaising with senior business stakeholders and recruitment consultants on a regular basis.

Other duties include writing up all interview notes of all stages of the recruitment processes, uploading documentation on to the system, updating all potential candidates throughout the process and screening candidates. This role is also very data heavy, preparing ad hoc spreadsheets.

The successful candidate needs to be highly professional and articulate and extremely personable. You ideally need to have worked in a similar administrative role previously or a preferably have worked within a corporate environment.

You must be proficient in all Microsoft packages including excel to be considered for this opportunity.
