Concourse Bar Duty Manager

The Concourse Bar offers patrons a unique entertainment experience in the Sydney CBD and is currently seeking an experienced Duty Manager to join our team on a full time basis.

The hours for this position are unusual because we rarely open on weekends, unless we have a function booked - how many bar positions allow you to have most of your weekends off? However if we do have a weekend function you will be expected to be the manager on duty.

As Duty Manager you will help lead the team in providing fast, friendly and efficient service to our many guests and customers.

  • Have experience in inventory and cellar management
  • Have experience in cash handling and reporting to senior management
  • Have an exceptional work ethic and a genuine interest in the hospitality industry
  • Have initiatives to grow food and beverage revenue
  • Hold a current RSA and RCG certificate
