    Duties Include:
    •Maintaining high standards of preparation and presentation of food for a la carte restaurants
    •Ensuring food is prepared to menu specifications
    •Stock rotation
    •Compliance with health & safety requirements and standards
    •Focus on urgency and importance of customer satisfaction

    Requirements:
    •Qualified or certificate papers
    •High standard of personal presentation
    •Possess high standard of hygiene 
    •Work well in a team environment
    •Work well under pressure
    •Be able to work flexible rosters

    Hours of operation: Monday to Friday, Lunch and Dinner. Saturday to Sunday Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner.
