Our client
The company with have the pleasure of calling our client is an engineering consultancy firm of the highest standing. They constantly work on high profile projects across the country and have a reputation for hiring only the best people in the market. With the next phase of the business currently being mapped out, it has been decided that there is a need for a very senior Mechanical Design Engineer to join the business at a principle engineer level and eventually to take an equity share and partner level role in the business.

The Role on offer
Working in an exceptional team of over 30 full time staff, your role will be to provide leadership to all mechanical design projects and also to provide strong commercial knowledge to the operation around contract negotiation and large scale projects. This organisation has a number of dedicated clients that will need to be managed on an ongoing basis. This is an exceptional opportunity to take an equity stake in an established business and earn an excellent salary package in the process.

Selection Criteria
To be successful in your application for this outstanding opportunity you must meet the following criteria:

• You must possess at least a Mechanical Engineering degree
• You have a minimum of 15 years Mechanical Design experience with at least half of those years leading a design team
• You possess exceptional commercial acumen and you are looking to be seen as a business leader in coming years.
• You possess exceptional presentation skills, have a proven track record of delivery and exceeding expectations
