Our client is a leading provider of Training and Development Solutions and is Registered Training Organisation.  They specialise in traineeship programs that enhance personal effectiveness and productivity within the workplace to suit their clients' needs. They deliver training across Business, Hospitality and Retail sectors.  

They are looking for a qualified Trainer and Assessor to join their highly experienced team.

Roles and Responsibilities of position:

  • Delivering, assessing and administering dedicated training plans in line with position descriptions for the nominated client
  • Conduct regular feedback and evaluation sessions with clients
  • Promote and cross-sell any additional products
  • To complete all required paperwork and administration
  • Visit trainees on a 6 weekly basis in their workplace

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Formal Training and Assessment qualifications
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Outstanding time management experience
  • Worked in a similar role previously
  • Strong communication skills
  • Have drivers licence and own transport
