Right now we're looking for an experienced Technical Support Manager to join the team at our Scoresby Office. You will need to be able to demonstrate a broad understanding of industrial and commercial electrical products as well as a passion for delivering superior customer solutions.

Working alongside the customer service team, you will be responsible for providing office based technical support to the regional branch network.

Your key responsibility will be assisting sales and contract staff for product identification and pricing for tenders, contracts and reviews. To be successful in this role, you will need electrical parts identification skills, knowledge of market pricing structures and influencers.

Experience in the electrical contracts field is desirable but not essential.

In this role you will provide support and guidance to the customer service team and branches on a daily basis.

Additionally, you will be responsible for:

• Facilitating and providing product training to the Customer Service Team
• Identifying, managing and arranging local promotions in conjunction with Suppliers and Product Specialists
• Providing mentor support to customer service staff as requested

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication skills along with the ability to interact with customers and team members at all levels. As a highly motivated individual, you will demonstrate a positive attitude and be keen to learn.
